We either need:
*Phone numbers on one page and cheats on another page, and the cheats removed from the phone number page.
or
*Phone numbers and cheats on a single page, and the cheat code page deleted.

:I've added words for each of the phone numbers that I can work out. After looking at the keypad for likely combinations, I used http://www.phonespell.org/ to work out a couple of them. :That's odd, because I tried it and it doesn't work. Let's troubleshoot this.
:*What platform are you using?
:*Have you already completed Revelation? There is a bug where Dex's number disappears and the phone taps reappear allowing you to listen to them and unlock the number again.
:*Do you have another save file where you have already unlocked the phone number? There is a known bug where loading an earlier save, or starting a new game, without rebooting, will cause things to carry over. (Most notably, the statistics are very broken and shared between all saves under a single profile.

:I'm on PS3 and the save file I used to call without listening to the wiretaps first was the very first time I called the number. I did, however, have a second "cheat" save I was playing before calling the number, so it's possible there could have been some kind of glitch. I have a USB thumb drive, so I can try backing up my saves and starting anew with a fresh game to see if it still works right off the bat.

::Okay, backed up my game saves and deleted everything except the internal SR2 game data and UnKut DLC (I haven't gotten Ultor Exposed or Corporate Warfare yet), tried Dex' number following the completion of Appointed Defender and it worked fine. :::Weird. I'm on xbox360, and I created a new profile, started a new game, and after tried the number after jailbreak, and it doesn't work. Then, I signed out of that profile, signed into my profile, loaded my 100% save, tried the number... and found that Dex's number is gone from my phone book again and the phone taps are back.

When you dial Image as Designed number in Saints Row 1, it says, that this number doesn't exist. Maybe in game files there is message, but it isn't used.
