Saints Row Wiki

Where do you purchase bongs and bubbly? The stores in my game only sell 40s and blunts. (unsigned: 97.102.235.145 05:29, June 24, 2012)

Like I said, all the only items in the stores are 40s and blunts. 97.102.235.145 17:52, June 25, 2012 (UTC)

Page Update[]

In the process of updating, and adding new information such as:

  • Removing Duplicate Table content (whether mentioned in drugs.xtbl or not, if Freckle Bitch's and Charred Hard sell the same two items, then they belong in the same line)
  • Adding SR2 and SR tags to respective items (Bubbly and Bongs don't appear in SR2, are left over in the files, but disabled by default)
  • Adding and expanding information, i.e in SR2 drugs and alcohol are purely cosmetic/visual, they do not provide statistical effects.
  • If an item appeared in gameplay without mods/cheats such as the disabled SR1-exclusive drugs, it's SR1 stats will be used, if appeared in both, then both games stats will be used with the SR and SR2 tags.
  • The Table will now be alligned based on Food stores, not based on their position in the drugs.xtbl, including their "power/effect" hierarchy.
  • Saints Row TT section in overview moved to Trivia, the overview should be of the items in SR1 and SR2, not of a game that doesn't the food feature.

Re-arranging the information while simultaneously changing it is a very deceptive thing to do, which makes me question your motives.
re: "Removing Duplicate Table content"
Do you know what the purpose of the duplicate entries was in the first place? -452 10:22, May 19, 2017 (UTC)
As the very first thing you changed that I checked has turned out to be false, I have reverted the table to the previous version.
If you had made individual changes before re-arranging the article, and a page revert would not be necessary.
  • Do not restore your edited table, because if you restore the false information, you will be blocked.
  • Do not re-sort the table.

So essentially according to you, SR2 has bongs, spliffs, pipes, cognac, gin n' juice and bubbly? It doesn't, SR2 only has Blunts and 40oz, it doesn't matter if the .xtbl file contains them or not, because they are clearly disabled. http://i.imgur.com/lbYzGC1.png. Yet clearly there isn't a statement that they are disabled, the tablejust lists every drug, food and alcohol item as if they both appeared in both games.
You stated that what added was "false information" I modified the table with updated, truthful information! (however I do admit the Pipe information is unsourced, however based on the other information present in the SR2 files suggest that it/or is/was a third tier drug item, but since said items were disabled, there'd be no way to find out except digging through the SR1 files)
"Do not resort the table" Why? Don't like it neat, and in a clear related section format? It was changed for a reason, to make it neat + consise, merge duplicate (Charred Hard and Freckle Bitch Burgers may be different in the files, but are the same in gameplay, from a quality perspective it's better to base it off gameplay, not the files for the table, and mention in the trivia/notes/references that due to the game engine, there are two duplicate items in order for them to appear in the store)
Why should I even bother editing this wiki in the first place, if you are going to dictate and clearly deny the information stated.
But whatever I don't give a shit anymore, and why should I, if a lot of other people don't either?

re: "So essentially according to you"
Do not attempt to put words into my mouth.
re: "You stated that what added was "false information""
What you changed included at least one piece of false/misleading information. Due to the fact that you re-arranged the table in the same edit as changing the information, it makes it very difficult for me to see what you changed, so I do not know exactly how many other things you changed to be wrong or misleading.
re: "Why?"
I've already answered this question: "Re-arranging the information while simultaneously changing it is a very deceptive thing to do, which makes me question your motives."
Re-arranging the table in the same edit as changing the information makes it very difficult to see what is changed so that the changed information can be verified. Why should an edit which obscures the changes made be accepted?
I ask again: Do you know what the purpose of the duplicate entries was in the first place?
