Title[]
The name of this page needs to be fixed. The UFO is called "Destroy", not "Destroyer." (unsigned: Blutteufel 19:14, May 11, 2009)
- This is correct. ^ (unsigned: BrotherhoodEnclave 11:35, May 12, 2009)
No Longer Safe?[]
I entered the code on my PS3 Greatest Hits version and it noted my saves afterward as "cheats enabled". I had entered no other "cheats" other than the three "safe" vehicles (which I did all at once). So, I don't know if this is special for the newer version of the game, but I had to load an older save and replay. I only entered them and didn't enable them and it still counted. 24.113.196.39 04:47, September 1, 2011 (UTC)
- I have tested this myself and confirmed that all 3 promotional vehicles codes flag the save as "cheats enabled", but these do NOT disable autosave, and there are no achievements on PS3 452 15:33, January 6, 2020 (UTC)
passengers?[]
Can someone please confirm if the Destroy can have a passenger? --452 02:54, November 4, 2011 (UTC)
- Yes you can have one passenger in addition to the driver (Widdy13 90.198.49.201 18:48, December 21, 2011)
- Cheers. --452 20:21, December 21, 2011 (UTC)
Incorrect names[]
I've finally discovered why some ill-informed individuals - not my first choice of "i" words to describe them - refer to this vehicle as D*stroy, D-Stroy, or D•stroy. It's THQ fault.
So, once again, I say: Good riddance THQ. While it is sometimes acceptable to use promotional names as alternate titles, In this case: Fuck THQ and their incompetence, we're not going to perpetuate their bullshit here.
However, the fact that the website used the wrong name doesn't excuse people who have actually played the game from using it. Anyone who has ever entered the promo code and/or retrieved it from the garage has seen the correct name.
I still have no idea why some idiots referred to it as "Destroyer" (edit: the original title of this article was "Destroyer" 452 22:00, March 26, 2016 (UTC)) but I'm sure there's an equally dumb reason behind it. -452 16:43, March 24, 2016 (UTC)

DLC[]
In each mission, the Destroy spawns on the ground and takes off, after a delay between 0.5 and 3 seconds. It may be theoretically possible to obtain the Destroy in co-op, with one player waiting at the spawn location, similar to the obtaining method for several other vehicles.
Unfortunately, because it spawns only when reaching the trigger, it probably isn't obtainable in single-player. -452 13:54, May 15, 2019 (UTC)
- We would need two people with the SR2 dlcs, but i do not think Co op is still usable.
