When [http://saintsrow.wikia.com/wiki/Zinyak Zinyak] destroyed earth, billions of humans died at the instance. As hell have a system to process souls much more rapidly than heaven, the economy in hell flourished and satan now has in possession enough manpower to wage war on heaven. As the only thing he needed is a capable general to lead them, it appeared that he aimed to recuit [http://saintsrow.wikia.com/wiki/The_Protagonist the Boss] . His opportunity came when the Boss and his crews played an ouija board, he ordered the spirit of the board to open a portal and suck the Boss into hell. He then imprisoned the Boss in a soul crystal and planned to force him to marry his daughter [http://saintsrow.wikia.com/wiki/Jezebel Jezebel] , possibly to bind him to his will somehow.

However, when [http://saintsrow.wikia.com/wiki/Johnny_Gat Johnny Gat] followed to rescue the Boss, Satan saw how much mayhem Gat was capable of. He then planned to use the Boss as a hostage to force Johnny to marry Jezebel instead. To do this, he argued with her in her room, as the latter wasn't willing to marry the Boss. Upon leaving, he left a piece of newspaper in her room. She would later notice the piece, which has the news of Johnny Gat on it. This would drive her to find him and to sneak him into the palace. His plan seemed to go well, as he successfully deliver the messege to Gat.

However, he greatly underestimated Gat. At the wedding, Gat shot him in the face with a pistol. This did little to injure him as he just stand back up and blast Gat to the groud. As [http://saintsrow.wikia.com/wiki/Kinzie_Kensington Kinzie] arrived at the scene, the gunfire started and the demonic groomsmates got slaughtered. Satan finally fight the duo personally, and got defeated.

Embarassed of being beaten by mortals, Satan cast Gat, Kinzie, Jezebel and the Boss to [http://saintsrow.wikia.com/wiki/The_Ship_(building) the ship] . His fate after that is unknown.
