Overview[]
The Saints HQ was a church with a graveyard on 3rd Street in the Mercado district near Fort Cullen. It's lease was owned by John Blande, and was soon to be demolished, until Kevin and Boss intimidated him into handing the property deed over to them.[1]
There's an unmarked door in between the courtyard and graveyard that leads to a safehouse that resembles the Mercado apartment.
Changes[]
Over the course of the game, the Church goes through 3 different states. Ruins, Renovation and Renovated.
