Pilsen is located in the Factories district. Its most notable feature is the large train yard.
Saints Row[]
It is under the control of Los Carnales until the Saints acquire it.[1] It is also the location of the Carnales Drug Factory (though with neighborhood borders adjusted between games, the factory is considered as being in Black Bottom in Saints Row 2).
Saints Row 2[]
It is under the control of the Sons of Samedi until the Saints acquire it.[2]

Trivia[]
- The name is a direct reference to the real-life Pilsen neighborhood of Chicago's Lower West Side, however, Pilsen is not an industry area as it is in the game - it is home to condoniums and apartments.
