As with all Stores in Saints Row 2, Playa can purchase these restaurants once the Neighborhood is controlled. There is also a bar at the back of every restaurant, although Booze cannot be purchased here.

- The phrase "Phuc Mi Phuc Yue" is nonsensical in all languages.
- "Phuc", or "phức" is Vietnamese for "multiple".
- "Mi", or "미", is a Korean word for "beauty", and also has multiple meanings in Japanese.
- "Yue", or "月", is Chinese for "moon".
- Spoken aloud, the name sounds like "fuck me, fuck you".
- The Chinese characters on the store wall are grammatically incorrect, but can be Transliterated to "Fuck me, Fuck you".
- Much like other stores, such as Rim Jobs, the name and/or items derive from sexual slangs and terms, and are a reoccurring example of adult humor in the games.
- In the movie Austin Powers in Goldmember, there are a pair of twins named "Fook Mi" and "Fook Yu".
- A line the female cashier says is " Hurry up and bye". This is a reference to the movie "Menace II Society".
- The interior of the Centennial Beach location is a duplicate of Mr. Wong's tea house in Little Shanghai.
