"Painting a Picture" is a mission in Saints Row: The Third.
- Playa: "That is one ugly fucking painting."
Zimos: "You fucking Phillistine! What you know about art?"
- — Playa and Zimos, at Zimos' Pad.
Overview[]
At Zimos' Pad, after rebuilding his business and delivering a few blows to the Morningstar, Zimos tells Playa that he thinks it's time to slow down and relax. Playa disagrees, replying that they'll "party once the work's done".
Transcript[]
Pre-mission phone call[]
- Playa: "Now that you're back in business, we can focus on the Morningstar."
Zimos: "You need to slow down, baby."
Playa: "No time."
Zimos: "Look, come to the palace of Zimos. Got somethin' here to show you."
Playa: "What for?"
Zimos: "I been helpin' you out, right? Humor me."

Cutscene[]
- Playa: "That is one ugly fucking painting."
Zimos: "You fucking Phillistine! What you know about art? That's a DeWynter Sisters original! Bought that back in the day when me and the twins were all "live and let live"."
Playa: "Seeing we just let them know we're taking over their business, I doubt that deal's gonna hold."
Zimos: "Shit, remember the pony show? I been off their Christmas list a long time. Anyway, I didn't call you over to talk about me. You killed Phillipe Loren and showed the Morningstar that you're here to stay. Time to relax and cut loose, baby!"
Playa: "We'll party once the work's done. I'll call you when I make another move against the Morningstar."
Rewards[]
- Cash: None
- Respect: None
- Stronghold: Pimps Up, Hos Down[1]
Trivia[]
- Despite being listed as a mission, it is not; it is merely a cutscene used to set up the next mission, "Pimps Up, Hos Down".
- Before this mission/cutscene, Zimos' Activities must be completed: Snatch, Ho Traffic, and Escort.
- The painting that Zimos shows Playa – a "DeWynters Sisters original" given to him by Viola and Kiki DeWynter – resembles some of the mass-produced images from photographs of celebrities (such as Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, and Jackie Onassis) created by pop artist Andy Warhol.
