The store is a parody of the clothing store Hot Topic, and sells punk/emo/goth clothes. It carries a wide variety of clothing, such as motorbike helmets, biker jackets, punk boots, blood vial pendants, and more.

In Saints Row 2, there is one store, located in Rounds Square Shopping Center, and is on the same level as Let's Pretend.
In Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row IV, there is one store located in western Ashwood.

- When buying an item from the store in Saints Row 2, the clerk sometimes says "You and Matt from the Feed Dogs have similar tastes."
- The radio commercial states that they sell Operation: Fear Strike T-shirts. It is possible to put the Operation: Fear Strike logo onto t-shirts at multiple stores.
- Members of The Ronin and The Brotherhood wear clothing available from this store.
- There is an advertisement for Nobody Loves Me in the "Fighter Jet" gameplay video for Saints Row: The Third.[2]
- In Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row IV the store differs greatly from in Saints Row 2.
