Description
Kinzie learns of a powerful computer in STAG's possession. Matt Miller also finds out about it. The Protagonist and Pierce go out to steal it before the Deckers can do the same. Making their way through a combination of STAG and Deckers members, Pierce and The Protagonist head to the garage to chase the Deckers with the truck that is carrying the computer. Kinzie calls in backup, but Pierce states that they don't need backup as they have a tank. Kinzie says that she does not want them to use the tank as she is afraid of the tank damaging the computer. The Protagonist promises to not use the tank, uses it anyway. Kinzie hacks the security cameras and spots them using the tank. Kinzie is furious and demands they only use the machine gun. The Protagonist shoots out the truck's tires, forcing it to stop. Upon delivering the computer to Kinzie, she explains that she will need a chair, ending the mission.
Trivia
- When the truck stops, it makes the similar motion to when it is possessed by the RC Possessor.
- The player cannot use any other vehicle other than the tank even though there is an N-Forcer in the garage.
- In co-op play, one player has to take the tank; the other player can take whatever vehicle he wants.
- This mission can be difficult in single player, as Pierce will blindly fire the laser at enemies and sometimes the truck, causing it to explode and the player to fail the mission. In co-op, a second player can control the laser rather than Pierce. If no co-op, the player should only focus on the truck and slow down a bit to let other Deckers vehicle catch up. This way, Pierce will be distracted by the other vehicles, rather than shooting at the truck. Another way is to climb out of the tank and get slightly closer to the trunk and use Mcmanus 2015 to snipe the wheels.
- An unique N-Forcer with tan color and no decals can be obtained in this mission. Chase the truck across the bridge to Arapice Island about three N-Forcers will appear that will block you and the truck while. To obtain one, get in the car and cancel the mission. Then get car to a garage.
- The music played while chasing the truck is Last Man Standing by Hybrid.
- If a Fart in a Jar thrown in the truck, there will be text above the radar: ##UNKNOWN_STRING##
- While in the PR Center with Pierce, an argument occurs between Kinzie and Matt, which ends with Kinzie saying: "Yak yak yak. Get a job!" This is a quotation from the 1995 film "Hackers".
- Despite the Learning Computer belonging to STAG, it features Ultor logos on its sides and back.
- Pierce finds and takes a newspaper clip mentioning Lin is dead but still running around and killing people in the cutscene.
- The name of this mission could come from the film "Terminator 2: Judgement Day". In the scene where John Connor, Sarah Connor is repairing the Terminator, they asked him about how he can act human, the Terminator said, "My CPU is a neural net processor, a learning computer". In fact, the whole entire "Learning Computer" mission string could be inspired by the Terminator films.
