Lakeshore North is a neighborhood in the Lakeshore District of Santo Ileso.
Overview[]
Lakeshore North is the northern tip of the peninsula occupied by the district of Lakeshore. As such, is mostly surrounded by the waters of the Lake Sebastian and Rio Salinas in the east, while its northern and northeastern sides are limited by Velasco Bay. However, it is well-connected with the northern areas of the city and Badlands North by three bridges, acting as the main access to the Lakeshore area. The only neighborhood that directly limits with is Lakeshore South in the south and west; it limits with Lake Sebastian in the east and with Gehenna Badlands in the north and northwest, while is connected with Marina West (Marina del Lago District) in the east.
The neighborhood occupies around the half of the district and hosts most of the skyscrapers of the city. Because of this is dominated by skyscrapers and high-rises, with a number of medium-rises and some open public spaces. The area that fronts the lake is occupied by Lakeside Park, an extensive green space with roads and public art pieces that offers a break from the bussy and noicy downtown rhythm. The neighborhood is crossed by an avenue with palm trees in the center, serving as the main road. The avenue is surrounded by skyscrapers, especially between it and the lake. The northern limit, which borders Velasco Bay, offers a very different character: it consists on low buildings that front the mass of water, mostly warehouses. Two bridges cross the bay and directly reach the desert, creating a strong contrast between the sparcely populated badlands and the dense Lakeshore.
In-game maps found around Lakeshore show that the neighborhood is further divided into smaller areas. Those are Northpoint, Eastside, Lakeshore, Uptown and The Slip.

Trivia[]
- Lakeshore North, as the rest of the district, shares a great similarity with the real-life Dallas (Texas). This can be seen most notably in the skyline, as the Santo Ileso counterpart includes many skyscrapers taken or inspired by those of Dallas: the Bank Of America Plaza, the Trammell Crow Center (the tallest building in the game) or Bryan Tower.
