One of the Boss' former co-workers in Marshall, he eventually quits after the events of Observe and Report, putting together his pay and life savings to open his own garage. He is the first of many Ventures introduced.

Trivia[]
- Jim Rob is based on two Saints Row developers, Jim Boone[2] and Rob Gable[2]. The idea for the character came when another developer merged their faces into one.[3]
- His name is a joke on the Car Mechanic store Rim Jobs, seen in previous Saints Row games.
