Jessica Parish is a character in Saints Row 2.

Overview

Saints Row 2

Jessica is Maero's girlfriend. The two met at a Feed Dogs concert. She is a Stilwater University sorority girl that came from a rich family but gave up her comfortable and wealthy life to be with Maero. She has great involvement in the gang, and is the only person who is able to calm Maero down when no one else can. She thinks much more than Maero, and tries to convince him to destroy the 3rd Street Saints before they become a dangerous threat to The Brotherhood. She is friendly at first, but her evil streak is quickly shown after Maero's face is burned by radioactive waste the Saints put in his tattoo ink.

In an act of revenge, she kidnaps Carlos and orders Brotherhood members to chain him to a truck and drag him through the docks. She calls Playa to tell them of her act of revenge.

Jessica funds Brotherhood's activities. When she goes to the Stilwater Savings & Loan bank with a suitcase full of Brotherhood money, Shaundi spots her and notifies Playa, who kidnaps her and puts her in the trunk of her Phoenix. To avenge Carlos, Playa goes to the demolition derby in the University Stadium, then places Jessica's car at the end of the line of cars to be destroyed. As Maero runs over the car rows in his monster truck, crushing them, he hits a ramp, and lands directly on Jessica's car, killing her.

Saints Row: The Third

Jessica's story is used in a speech by Cyrus Temple to gain public sympathy, depicting Jessica as an innocent individual, and omitting her involvement with the Brotherhood.

Let me tell you about Jessica Parish, a girl from Stilwater who ran away from home to be with her tough-guy boyfriend. Jessica thought her life was pretty sweet, until a gang banger kidnapped her, threw her in the trunk of a car, and laughed as her boyfriend crushed her in a monster truck rally. If Jessica Parish was your daughter...how far would you want me to go?

Saints Row IV

Jessica is mentioned by Playa when fighting Maero, Playa sarcastically asks Maero how Jessica is, only for Maero to respond that he is going the kill them. She is mentioned again in several Homie conversations, with Maero making it very clear that he hasn't forgiven the Saints for murdering Jessica, and despite killing Jessica to get even for Carlos, Maero angrily points out that "There is no even". Some of her history is brought up between Maero and DJ Veteran Child. Jessica knew Veteran Child and was friends with him.

• Jessica is the only high-ranking female enemy in Saints Row 2.
• Jessica has a taste for big, bad men.
• Jessica owns a unique variant of the Phoenix, which is not normally available, but can be obtained.
• Jessica calls the DJ of "107.77 The Mix FM" and asks him to play them their song. Maero and Jessica's Song is "Sister Christian". This also happens after her death.
• Before her death, female civilians randomly say that she babysits their kids.
• After her death, civilians randomly say, "That bitch Jessica got what she deserved." and "You crushed a girl [Jessica] in a car? That's not right."
  • Civilians sometimes say these lines before she is killed.
• During the final cutscene of the mission "First Impressions", she makes a racist comment about Carlos reminding her of her old Hispanic house cleaner.
• Jessica Parish shares the same initials with her voice actor, Jaime Pressly.
• Jessica is featured in cutscenes in the first five Brotherhood missions, she dies in the fifth.
• The retaliatory killing of Jessica is a common theme in the series: All characters who are involved in the death of Saints allies are killed retaliation mid-way through the story, which in turn angers the surviving members of their gang.
• In the censored German and Japanese version of Saints Row 2, Human Shield is cut from the game, so Jessica becomes a Homie during the mission "Bank Error in Your Favor".
• There are 2 unused alternate versions of Jessica with different hair and larger breasts.
