Jenny Jaros

Jenny Jaros plays Kwilanna in the film Gangstas in Space, and is dressed as Kwilanna at all times during the Gangstas in Space.

Jenny introduces herself while The Protagonist reads the script for Gangstas In Space. Andy Zhen arrives shortly after and yells at her, assuming she's an extra. He is annoyed to find she has a lead role even though she is not famous like The Protagonist.[1] During the course of the movie, Zhen starts going harder on her.  He calls her acting amateurish and horrible, and blames her lack of skills and takes her to task for not achieving impossible feats (such as jumping a ravine obviously much-too wide). All the while, Zhen ignores The Protagonist's admittedly horrible acting and mistakes such as breaking character, enraging Jenny more. The Protagonist takes a liking to her, complimenting her on her acting and other various skills and telling her she needs to stand up for herself.Broken {{ref}} (blank parameter)

With Zhen's continued cruelty, and The Protagonist's encouragement, Jenny starts to turn violent and she attacks several actresses he hired to replace her. This goes further when she realizes Zhen has no problem endangering and killing extras for the sake of the movie. After she and The Protagonist are nearly killed by one of his stunts, Jenny finally snaps and kills the director by flying the Aegean into him and impaling him on the nose of the craft.  As she says, she is "just doing what [The Protagonist] told her.Broken {{ref}} (blank parameter)

She is unlocked as a homie after the DLC, and remains dressed as Kwilanna.  She carries a Martian-style laser rifle.

Personality

Normally Jenny is friendly, polite, and respectful to others. She is at first somewhat in awe of The Protagonist.  Unlike The Protagonist, however, she is a skilled actress who follows the script and usually only breaks character when The Protagonist does. Despite her obvious talent she doesn't seem to have much confidence in her abilities, and she blossoms under The Protagonist's encouragement to stand up to Zhen when he unfairly critizies her acting while praising The Protagonist's confessedly terrible acting. She also has surprisingly violent temper which causes her to lash out when pushed to far, to the point of murder. Her violent outbursts have also apparently caused her some legal trouble in the past.

Following the events of Gangstas in Space, when called up as a homie Jenny will frequently comment on her new bold and carefree attitude, saying "Who knew I had this little ball of murderous fury in me?" and "Who needs an acting job when I've got the Saints?"  She appears to enjoy watching The Protagonist commit property damage and is quite excitable when called up on the phone for a mission, seemingly pleased to be a part of the Saints.

Trivia

  • Jaros' forename is misspelled "Jenni" at the bottom of a promotional poster for the Gangstas in Space DLC.[2]
  • Jaros shares her surname with Steve Jaros, the lead writer for Saints Row: The Third.Broken {{ref}} (blank parameter)
  • Jenny is never seen in anything other than her Kwilanna movie outfit.
  • Kwilanna uses a Viper Laser Rifle when called as a homie, presumably due to its sci-fi nature and the movie weapons being unavailable outside the DLC missions.
  • Kwilanna's visual design bears a striking resemblance to another Jenny, from the 80's comic/cartoon Bucky O'Hare.
  • Like Space Brutina and Space Amazon gang members, Jenny removes her headpiece when in a vehicle.
