The cutscene shows The Protagonist talking with Shaundi about a drug called Loa Dust.
Your mission involves killing some people who sell Loa Dust and obtaining their supply of the drug so that Shaundi can "research" how it is made so your Saints can take over the trade. After successfully killing the dealers and obtaining the supplies you receive a call from Shaundi telling you one of the Sons of Samedi's top dealers, Mark Gabby, is slinging in the area and that taking him out will hurt their business. Once Gabby is taken out and the drugs are collected you return to Shaundi.
