Xbox One Backwards Compatibility is apparently decided by community vote.
Both Saints Row: The Third and Saints Row IV are Backwards Compatible, despite the fact that Saints Row IV was already released natively for the Xbone One as Saints Row IV Re-elected.
Even if you don't have an Xbox One, voting for Backwards Compatibility helps the wiki, because it means we could potentially have more people able to take screenshots of Saints Row.
Edit: All Saints Row games are now backwards compatible, and the voting site has been removed, so there is nothing to vote for and no way to vote.
Go to http://xbox.uservoice.com/forums/298503-backward-compatibility?query=saints and vote for both Saints Row and Saints Row 2.
I don't have an Xbox One, and I'm unlikely to buy one anytime soon, but I've voted anyway. -452 19:24, March 6, 2018 (UTC)
- Strikeout added 23:53, June 2, 2018 (UTC) due to both games now being backwards compatible.
I just hope that Volition don't double-down on dumb decisions and remake either of those games for Xbox One. Can you imagine how bad Saints Row and Saints Row 2 would be if they were in the Saints Row: The Third engine? They wouldn't even bother to re-implement the mission features, the entire game would be like King Me, with bland buildings, incorrect street layouts, and poor facsimiles of characters. :/ -452 19:24, March 6, 2018 (UTC)
