Saints Row
The Vortex is rare, and does not spawn randomly. It is available at Foreign Power for $20,000, and is not wanted by any Chop Shop.
Saints Row 2
The Vortex seats 2 and only spawns in Hotels & Marina, High End Retail, Downtown, Saint's Row, Red Light - in descending order of frequency.
It is available at Foreign Power dealerships for $20,000. A Saints variant of the Vortex is available through Gang Customization, making it considerably easier to obtain.
The Vortex is available in the Overcompensating Special Derby, and is not wanted by any Chop Shop.
Saints Row: The Third
It is a common vehicle and spawns almost everywhere in Steelport, particularly the Downtown and New Colvin Districts.
The Genki Girl Pack contains a vehicle based on the Vortex named Sexy Kitten.
Saints Row IV
There is no Vortex in Saints Row IV, but the Sexy Kitten is included.
Performance
The Vortex has decent acceleration, and its top speed is comparable to the Bezier, Fer de Lance, Superiore and Zenith, although it is slower than the Attrazione. Its handling, on the other hand, is superb, making it arguably one of the best handling vehicles in its class, capable of taking corners at incredible speeds whilst still hugging the road with its superior grip. However, such delicate handling requires a degree of skill to master as the steering is extremely sensitive and very light.
