Description
Clothing and Jewelry are bought at various Clothing Stores, and Tattoos is available at Rusty's Needle.
After being purchased once, Jewelry and Clothing is changed via the Wardrobe at Gateways. Tattoos can only be changed by returning to Rusty's Needle.

- Wearing either the "Candy Girl Skirt" or "Go Team! Skirt" with the "South Beach Shirt" causes no skirt or underwear to be shown, with no censor bar.
- In the Inauguration Station and Saints Row IV, it is possible to recolour the Deckers Outfit, upload it, and then download it into Saints Row: The Third.
- In Saints Row IV, wearing "Skeleton Mask" from Let's Pretend prevents the underwear texture from loading, as well as some wrists textures. When it is worn with some underwear options, the skin is shown without a censor bar.
