This is a list of all Cheats in Saints Row 2.

Overview

Cellphone icon

In Saints Row 2, cheats are activated through the in-game Cellphone.

• Activating a cheat disables Autosave, and the ability to obtain Achievements.
  • Save files with cheats active are marked with an orange star.
  • The 3 promotional vehicle codes do not block Achievements, or mark the save as cheating.
  • Playing Co-op with someone who has previously activated cheats causes both save files to be flagged as cheating.

• Entering a cheat is not the same as activating a cheat. Entering a cheat has no effect until the cheat is activated.
• Before activating a cheat, there is a warning. This warning is not shown on PS3.
• Activating cheats may freeze Statistics, even without saving, as Statistics are tied to a profile and not a save.
• After a cheat has been entered, it remains in the Cellphone forever. Cheats can not be sorted or re-ordered.

Trivia

• The No Notoriety cheats function similar to Forgive and Forget and they do not remove Notoriety forever.
• The Infinite Ammo cheat causes all ammo totals to display the infinity symbol, but clips are still active and weapons must be reloaded. Infinite Ammo applies to Thrown weapons.
• The Unlimited Clip cheat causes the clip count to never decrease, essentially providing Infinite Ammo without the need to reload. Unlimited Clip does not apply to Thrown weapons.
• Unlimited Clip causes only the right gun to fire with dual wielded NR4, GDHC .50, VICE 9, and .44 Shepherd.
• The cheat for 'Wrath of God' is #666, referring to the "Number of the beast".
• Milk Bones does not increase damage done by melee attacks, but rather increases the ragdoll force. For example, throwing a human shield will cause the person to be thrown higher and farther.
• Using the time-changing cheats only changes the hour on the clock and not the minutes. For example, if the time is 3:41 and the "Set Time Midnight" cheat is activated, it sets the time to 0:41.
• The "Super Saints" cheat equips the Saints with the AR-50 XMAC and makes them invincible. However, it only affects all Saints who are currently on screen and Saints that are walking. It does not affect Saints in cribs or guarding owned stores.
