Charlestown is a neighborhood of Stilwater.
Overview[]
Located in the Docks & Warehouses District, Charlestown is bordered by Black Bottom to the north, Poseidon Alley to the south, Stoughton to the east and Cecil Park to the west.
It is controlled by Los Carnales, and later The Brotherhood. This neighborhood is a reward for completing "Charlestown Warehouse" and "Red Asphalt".
Marshall Winslow's campaign bus is destroyed on a train crossing in this neighborhood.[1]
In Saints Row 2, this is where Playa has a manic and long car chase as they desperately try to save Carlos from being dragged by chain across here and the surrounding docks.[2]
