The only location of the store is in Shivington neighborhood in Stilwater.

"Bling Bling" was the original name for Saints Row.
There is a radio advertisement for Bling Bling that talks about a sale on Wedding Rings, however Bling Bling doesn't actually sell any rings.
While Bling Bling uses the number 555-ICED, On Thin Ice uses 555-BLNG, which was in use in Saints Row.
On the side of the building, there is a Vice Kings tag that is partially covered by a Sons of Samedi skull. This is because Bling Bling is located in the Projects District, which is Vice Kings territory in Saints Row and Sons of Samedi territory in Saints Row 2.
