The AR-40 Xtnd is a military-grade assault rifle. In Saints Row, this assault rifle beats the K6 Krukov in terms of accuracy and firepower, as well as magazine capacity (40 rounds), while in Saints Row 2 it has the magazine capacity as the K6 Krukov and lost a bit of its firepower from the previous game.
It costs $2500 at Friendly Fire in Saints Row, or can be obtained for free by Safecracking the Brighton location. In Saints Row 2 it costs $7500. It is dropped by SWAT Teams and FBI agents in either game.
