Description
Saints Row: The Third
Located in the center of the neighborhood Port Pryor, in the district of Carver Island in Steelport, 3 Count is one of the largest casinos in the city.
It is unlocked as a Stronghold Crib after the mission "3 Count Beat Down".
The 3 Count Casino itself is not accessible after becoming a Saints Crib.
Enter the Dominatrix
The crib makes an appearance in the missions "Save the Planet" and "Escape the Dominatrix". It cannot be accessed any other time outside the missions.
Upgrades
After unlocking the Stronghold upon completion of "3 Count Beat Down", 3 Count can be upgraded twice.
Base
3 Count after becoming a 3rd Street Saints Stronghold.
A fully upgraded 3 Count Casino.
The original condition of the Stronghold unlocks:
- Increased transfer limit
- 5% increase to hourly income from the Carver Island district
- 5% bonus to all Respect
- Gang Customization (Luchadores)
- Luchadore vehicles
Upgrade 1
The first upgrade for the Stronghold costs $80,000 and unlocks:
- Increased transfer limit
- 10% bonus to hourly income from the Carver Island district
- 10% bonus to all Respect
- 10% more ammunition held in the Weapons Cache
Upgrade 2
The second (and final) upgrade for the Stronghold costs $160,000 and unlocks:
- The Stronghold itself becomes physically taller
- Increased transfer limit
- 15% bonus to hourly income from the Carver Island district
- 15% bonus to all Respect
- 10% more ammunition held in the Weapons Cache

- The interior of this Stronghold Crib looks exactly like other Stronghold Cribs.
- It is the most expensive and tallest Stronghold to upgrade.
